My New Favorite Picture

I take a few hundred pictures a month. But its all worth it when I can capture the perfect look, silliest grin, and prettiest smile. It doesn't happen often, I'm ususally a half second late! But this is my new favorite.....she has started saying 'cheeeeese' when I take a picture of her. This time I snapped the picture at the perfect moment! This picture was taken at Valley Forge park where we spent an hour or so walking around and taking in the sites.

Our Summer Vacation

I'm a little late on posting this one but wanted to share some pics of our vacation in the outer banks. Lauren was a little skeptical of the ocean at first, but by the second day we had to drag her out of the water. She had the best time hanging out with her cousins, Cason and Colton. The looooong ride there was a little rough on all of us, but somehow we survived.

My Little Chef

Lauren is a true girl at heart. She loves to help mommy in the kitchen. Mostly its playing in the sink, although she did help me make cookies. Mommy needs to get over the huge mess that she makes....it doesn't take long once you see the look of delight on her face as she dips her hands in the flour! She will be a big help this Christmas!
